I’m also acutely aware that The Masters is one of the biggest weekends of the year and we need some snacks for optimal viewing. Homemade Pimento Cheese Dip is a Southern Staple and I’m into it. It’s loaded with freshly shredded cheese, some mayo and most importantly, diced pimentos! It’s excellent served on chips, cracks, in a sandwich etc. Pair this up with my roasted onion dip and there you have it, a great dip duo!

  • Shredded Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Diced Pimentos
  • Jalapeño Pepper
  • Granulated Garlic
  • Red pepper Flakes
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Potato Chips

How to make Pimento Cheese Dip

Making homemade Pimento Cheese Dip is so easy. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and serve with potato chips. DO NOT buy store bought shredded cheese – you must shred it yourself!

Variations and Substitutions

Jalapeño Pepper – feel free to omit if you’re serving your Pimento Cheese Dip to kids or prefer it to be more mild
