Community Healthcare Center is a primary care medical, dental and counseling clinic that is focused on the patient. Our medical, dental and counseling providers are committed to providing superior primary and preventive care. A variety of patient services are offered, including Pediatrics, Women’s Health Services, including Prenatal & Maternity Care, Family Medicine, Children & Adult Dentistry, Behavioral Health Counseling for Children & Adults and TodayCare Walk-in Clinic. Our support services include lab and x-ray.

Community Healthcare Center welcomes Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, STAR, STAR+Plus, STAR Kids, BCBS, TRICARE and most private insurances. Our clinic also offers a sliding scale discount to patients based on family size and income, regardless of insurance status. Uninsured and underinsured patients can benefit from financial assistance programs that are available for health situations you may be experiencing. If you have private or employer-based insurance, our clinic welcomes that too. If you obtain insurance while a patient at Community Healthcare Center, we would be happy to continue serving you.
