It is so much easier to get people to eat “healthy” snacks when they’re fun to eat. GoGo squeeZ is the most fun way to eat applesauce that I’ve ever come across. Each GoGo squeeZ pouch is equivalent to 1/3 cup of fruit, and is 100% fruit. Ingredients: Apples and Apple Juice Concentrate. GoGo squeeZ is also Kosher certified, and is gluten and dairy-free. But those are just the food stats. Let’s get back to the pouch.

The GoGo squeeZ pouch uses packaging technology that was original designed for NASA astronauts. The pouch is also what will make the kids want to eat this healthy treat. With GoGo squeeZ, you don’t need a bowl or a spoon (or a bib.) Simply twist off the cap and squeeze. You know how kids fight over juice boxes? Now they’ll be fighting over GoGo squeeZ.
GoGo squeeZ is available in 5 different flavors: Apple/Apple, Apple/Strawberry, Apple/Cinnamon, Apple/Banana, Apple/Peach. We got the chance to try apple/apple and it is completely delicious. I prefer my applesauce chilled, so I threw a pouch into the fridge to get it nice and cold. You don’t need to refrigerate GoGo squeeZ, though. It has a 12 month shelf-life without refrigeration. After the pouch was cold, I twisted off the cap and enjoyed the applesauce. It is good. It is a great consistency – not too thick nor too watery. There are no preservatives or artificial flavors, so it tastes simply like just plain good applesauce.
The next time you need to run out of the house with kids or alone and might need a snack, grab a couple of pouches of GoGo squeeZ.
