Things have been a little dessert heavy around here lately and so I’m pleased to bring you a delicious dinner idea sponsored by Hidden Valley Ranch and Data Rank. I really love Garlic, so I just had to give it a try. I think the next flavor I am going to try is the Sweet Chili.
Everyone knows that Hidden Valley Ranch tastes great on salads or veggies, but it’s so much more versatile than that. It’s easy to kick up dinner a notch by incorporating Hidden Valley Ranch as a main ingredient in your meal. I am going to show you just how I did that with my Roasted Garlic Ranch Chicken Skillet.

Skillet recipes like this are my favorite because you can throw everything in one pan and cook it together. I also like that I can cook the chicken and pasta at the same time, so I’m cutting down on total time spent in the kitchen! I am fond of using skillet dinners as a way to get my kids to try new things. You can sneak an ingredient or two in there. Even if they pick out the tomatoes or green peppers, they will at least get the taste of them.
I actually made this dish and took it to a potluck with a bunch of other bloggers. It was fun to get to test out a recipe on my fellow blogging buddies. It was very well received. I made a few tweaks to the recipe as well, so it’s great to get feedback from others too!
