Is it time to upgrade the wheels on your Subie? Look no further! We offer a variety of attractive, lightweight wheels. To find out what will work best for your build, we made it simple and divided fitment recommendations into multiple categories: Daily Driver, Aggressive/ Stance fitment, and Widebody Builds.

Feel free to check out our 2015-2021 Subaru WRX & STI Customer Gallery to see pictures of the wheels on the cars.

1. Recommended Sizes

To start, your WRX or STI has a 5×114.3 bolt pattern (also known as PCD). This is important, we want to make sure your wheels bolt on! If you have a standard WRX without Brembos, you can run lower offsets. If you’re the lucky owner of a WRX with a BBK, that’ll narrow down wheel options.

Diameter: 18″ will be preferred, but we’ve seen 17 – 20 inches

Width: 8″ – 9.5″

Offset: +30mm to +45mm

Bolt Pattern / PCD: 5×114.3

Hub Bore: 56.1mm Our 5×114.3 wheels have a 73.1mm center bore, so we recommend purchasing hub-centric rings.

Tires: 255/35R18, 245/40R18 – These are some of the most common sizes we see. Some folks go up to 265 without rubbing, but it all depends on if the tire is true to size. Tire size will vary depending on what size wheels you choose. Use these as a guide.

2. Daily Driver

XT-206R-FF (Flow-Formed) 18×9.5 +38mmFits WRX✅ STI ✅

This wheel has perfect fitment for cars that are at OEM/stock ride height or lowered. These wheels are excellent for daily duties, spirited track events, and even show cars! They provide just enough aggressiveness without going overboard. Bonus: They clear the 4-pot and 6-pot (2018-2021 STI) Brembo brakes without spacers! 🙌

Colors offered: White, Gunmetal with Machined Lip, Hyper Silver (Silver with a Machined Face), Flat Black with Milled Spokes, Black with Bronze Lip, Hyper Bronze, and Black with a Machined Lip

R1 18×9.5 +35mm 5×114.3 – Fits WRX ✅STI ✅

As stated above, this fitment is all around great for these cars if you’re at factory ride height or lowered. These wheels have a slightly more aggressive offset (3mm of a difference to be exact; stack a nickel and a penny together to see how small 3mm is). These wheels are still completely safe for performance-oriented or daily-driven cars.

Colors offered: White, Black, Hyper Silver, Hyper Red, Gunmetal, and Aphotic Blue

R1 18×8.5 +35mm 5×114.3 – Fits WRX ✅ STI ✅

These wheels are an inch more narrow than the World Rally Blue car above. This will in turn make the wheel fitment less aggressive. The +35mm offset is considered moderate, and it will result in the wheels sitting closer to the body of the car compared to the stock wheels. This can help to improve the handling by keeping the car more stable during hard cornering. It also provides a more flush fitment that looks great on the car. If you choose to run camber, the wheels will be sunken into the wheel well. We’ve attached examples below!

3. Aggressive / Stance

Looking to spice up your WRX or STI with some fierce and aggressive wheels? Ready to make heads turn and jaws drop as you cruise down the streets? Well, hold on to your seats because we’ve got the scoop on how to rock our most aggressive wheels on your ride!

XT-206R 18×9.5 +10mm 5×114.3 – Fits WRX ✅ STI with spacers ✅ Will poke unless you run camber.

To accommodate these wide and low-offset wheels, you’ll need to roll the fenders to prevent rubbing and ensure a flush or tucked fit. You might also need to adjust your suspension or add some camber to fine-tune the wheel position and clearance.

Colors Offered: White, Black, Hyper Silver, Hyper Bronze, Hyper Gold, Hyper Red, Gunmetal with Machined Lip, and Black with Machined Lip

XT-006R 18×9.5 +10mm 5×114.3 – Fits WRX ✅ STI with spacers ✅ Will poke unless you run camber.

Sorry in advance; we are going to sound repetitive because the specs are the same as the XT-206R we just mentioned!

Colors Offered: White, Black with Machined Spokes, Black with Machined Lip, Gunmetal with Machined Lip, Hyper Bronze, Hyper Gold, and Hyper Red

MRII 18×9.5 +15mm 5×114.3 – Fits WRX ✅ STI with spacers✅ Will poke unless you run camber.

These wheels have a much lower offset to give them more of a concave look. With that, we recommend using a more narrow wheel to avoid too much poke. These being an 8.5″ width helps keep the poke down and the stance up.

Colors offered: White, Black, Gunmetal, Hyper Bronze, and Bronze Chrome

MR7 18×9 +25mm 5×114.3 – Fits WRX ✅ STI ✅ Minor Poke; fender rolling recommended if lowered.

Looking for concave and aggressive wheels, but don’t want to look like a tilty boy with lots of camber to get them anywhere close to flush? These are for you. They will clear Brembo brakes without spacers! The 2020 STI below did it, and so can you. 😉

Colors Offered: White, Black, Gunmetal, and Hyper Bronze

XT-006R 18×9 +30mm 5×114.3 – Fits WRX ✅STI ✅ Fender rolling recommended if lowered.

Firstly, the 18-inch diameter of the wheels is a good fit for the car, as it provides a balance between performance and comfort. Additionally, the 9-inch width is also appropriate, as it allows for a wider tire and more grip on the road. The +30mm offset is where things get interesting. This offset is considered aggressive (not as aggressive as the +10mm mentioned above), and it will result in the wheels sitting further out from the car’s body. This can give the car a more aggressive stance and improve the handling by widening the car’s track. However, it may also cause rubbing issues, particularly if the car is lowered or if the tires are too wide. By adding camber, these will fit nearly flush or tuck.

Colors offered: White, Hyper Silver, Hyper Bronze, Hyper Red, Hyper Gold, Gunmetal with Machined Lip, Black with Machined Lip, Black with Machined Spokes, and Bronze Chrome

S1 18×9.5 +15mm 5×114.3 – Fits WRX ✅ STI with spacers ✅ Will poke!

Did you know that the S1 is our most concave wheel? These wheels are for those who love not following the same path as everyone else. The unique 6-spoke wheels have a low offset, which will cause them to poke outside the fenders. You can prevent this by running a decent amount of camber or by running fender flares.

Colors Offered: White with Milled Spokes, Black with Milled Spokes, and Hyper Bronze

S5R 18×10.5 +20mm 5×114.3 – Fits WRX ✅ STI ❌Will poke a lot unless you run camber!

If you’re looking to go extreme and build a stance car, the S5R 18×10.5 +20 is perfect. As you can see below, you’ll need a high amount of negative camber to get these to tuck. These wheels are the epitome of style, with a sleek split 5-spoke design and unmatched durability.

Colors Offered: White, Black, and Matte Bronze

4. Widebody Builds

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to go into depth in this category as it’s much more complex than “will it bolt-on” due to multiple factors. You can get all of the wheels listed below to bolt on to your WRX or STI, but you’ll have to run spacers if you have the large Brembo brakes or if a big brake kit is installed. Some might not need spacers, but choose to run them to get the wheels as close as flush as possible. Some of these mods may be needed: fender trimming and other bodywork, spacers, extended studs, camber, etc.
