LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Seven On Your Side is naming the moving company from a previous story that aired earlier this week.

On Monday, we decided not to name the company after its president made it right and partially refunded the customers we spoke with.

After the segment aired, numerous viewers contacted 7OYS and commented on social media. Most viewers had guessed who the company was based off their personal experiences – many had similar stories.

All My Sons Moving & Storage is a moving company we previously reported on in 2017.

Arkansans four years ago complained about receiving a certain quote for a move and paid much more. Once again, the company is being accused of similar practices.

Veronica Morgan posted to our KATV Facebook page, “I agree with the All My Sons comments too. I had a horrible experience, charged me way more than the quote.”

Jessica Harper also chimed in, “Gotta be All My Sons. I used them back in 2018…found most things broken. I complained but the company did nothing.”

Breanna De La Rosa wrote, “This has All My Sons Moving and Storage written all over it. They charged us for materials not used.”

Shirley Archer posted, “I’m sure it was All My Sons. They quoted me one price but charged me a higher price.”

Nearly 200 comments, following our initial story, had similar themes from being quoted much less than what they ended up paying for to damaged items.

All My Sons Moving & Storage released another statement to Seven On Your Side:

“All My Sons Moving & Storage strives to ensure the best moving experience for all customers, and regrets and is apologetic when that experience falls short. Our teams understand the stress involved with moving and we make it a priority to clearly explain all fees and processes to our customers prior to the move; both over the phone, via email and on a digital contract that each customer signs prior to the start of each move.”

The company’s president, Chris Generale, said he along with the Customer Care team went through the social media posts and maintain that customer service is their highest priority.

As previously reportedin 2017, the Florida attorney general went after the All My Sons franchise serving West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

She secured a settlement that put $100,000 back into the pockets of All My Sons customers.

The company did not admit any wrongdoing but it agreed to do background checks and drug test all drivers and movers, provide binding estimates when requested and it mandates that written contracts be provided before a move.
