What is the lucky girl syndrome?
Lucky girl syndrome is the mindset that you are extremely lucky and that things are always working out for you.
It is this mindset that actually helps you to attract good things in life because you believe in yourself and believe that you are worthy of it.
Lucky Girl Syndrome is simply a positive mindset that you are the luckiest person in the whole world, and the Universe always has your back.
This mindset is opposite to the scarcity mindset which thinks that jobs, opportunities and money are scarce in this world so you have to work extremely hard for it and struggle for it.
The Lucky Girl Syndrome believes that everything is abundant in this world and so you always have a chance and you can always stand out.
It is reprogramming our mind into having a positive mindset and elevating our life state into a joyful one in order to create, attract, and work for good things and believe we will have them and can have them all.

Does Lucky Girl Syndrome Affirmations work?
I can only tell you my experience and from mine, I can say that they work 100% because they have worked and have changed my life.
These affirmations have become my self-talk now and I believe them from the bottom of my heart.
Because I worked on changing my mindset, improving my self-talk, and beliefs and making myself think that I am very lucky and I have all the luck in my favour, that’s how I became lucky.
If I had continued saying things are so hard, I never get anything easily, life is so difficult, my relationships are always toxic, and all such things, I would have never been able to break my cycle of negativity, mistrust and unhealthy relationships.
But now my life has gotten so far from how it used to be and in such a positive direction.
I truly account for and credit it for the positive affirmations I started putting in myself and reprogramming my mind.
I now have the most loving relationship, a steady job, and a thriving online income. I am living my best life every day where I love to wake up and just love to live.
There are so many things that make my life joyful.
So yes, the lucky girl affirmation does work because it has worked for me amazingly.
But the main important point to remember is that you have to truly believe and feel it and improve your life state.

In an easy way, here is how you can have the lucky girl syndrome
Step 1: Affirm you are lucky
Affirm that you have all the luck in the world.
Quit feeling and believing that you are unlucky and that you always have to get things the hard way.
And start believing and affirming that you are lucky.
Repeat all the affirmations I have given. Print it out and keep the one that most resonates with you in your vision board.

Step 2: Believe you are lucky
Just to repeat, because this is really important.
Believe that you are lucky. Reprogram your mind to start believing in this.
You can read more books and listen to good podcasts to improve and shift your mindset if your current mindset is of self-doubt, lack and discouragement.

Be mindful of your self-talk and what your mind is saying.
Whenever you feel discouraged or doubtful, remember it is not you, but your mind and tackle it instantly.
The most important thing is to get rid of complaints.
Most of us complaining has become a habit because it is so easy to pick up this habit and it becomes such an easy way to talk to someone.
You just have to complain and you are sure to listen to other people complain as well and bingo! Bonding over complaints!
You have to be very aware of your self-talk and also in what ways you are bonding with people.
Are you bonding over complaints? Gossip? Lack? Ill-health or are you bonding over gratitude, wellness, laughter and encouragement?
So check your negative self-talk and your complaints.
Cut down on your complaints and you will see that what you are going to say or complain about wasn’t even necessary.
Step 4: Keep a joyful state of life
You can never be a lucky girl if in your behaviour and in your mind you are full of doubt, anxiety and mistrust.
How would you act if you just knew that you would win the lottery?
Would you be anxious or very excited?
If you knew that you were going to win a lottery, it would reflect in your body and in your life state. You would be full of excitement.
And that is how you must be in life too.
Because it is certain that you will live a very happy, successful and joyful life.
Be excited about your possibilities.
If right now your life is hard, it doesn’t mean your state of mind should also be hard.
Believe that where you are right now is just temporary and wherever you may be right now, give your best until you land in the place of your dreams.
But before going, you have to give your best where you are with the belief and self-talk like, “I know this is not permanent. I know this is my temporary phase and the best is coming for me, so until then, let me give my best here so I can leave with a full heart”
It’s important to be joyful. Joyfulness comes with trust. Anxiety comes in because we are lacking in trust in the future.
But that is the future. We live in the present. So come back to the present and be joyful in the present, because you can.
Because in the present, there are really no worries. The worries are only about the future.
So you can safely leave your worries and enjoy the present.

Step 5: Let go of the outcome
Lastly, let go of how or when your result will come. If you keep bothering yourself with ‘when’, it will never come.

The result comes when you let go of the outcome.
Live your present in the best way you can. Give your best wherever you are. If you are doing your part, rest assured that the Universe will do its part too.
You just have to be sincere in your actions and Universe will show even greater sincerity to you.
And you will certainly feel like you are the luckiest person in the whole world.
You make yourself lucky and Universe in turn actually makes you lucky!
