To remove any of the following adhesives from your skin or fingers, please follow the steps below:
Gorilla Glues
Original Gorilla Glue
We strongly recommend wearing gloves while working on any project using Original Gorilla Glue. If you do get Gorilla Glue on your fingers or nails please follow these steps:
- Try removing the glue with a dry cloth or paper towel first (particularly if the glue is still tacky).
- If that doesn’t work, try washing with a gritty soap and warm water, or using an exfoliator with a gritty texture.
- Dry your hands and apply lotion to moisturize your skin.
- Cured glue on fingers may stain skin temporarily and it may take several days to wear off. It is important to keep hands moist using moisturizers until the glue is fully removed. NOTE: We do not recommend using any kind of alcohol, acetone, or other solvent.
White Gorilla Glue
We strongly recommend wearing gloves while working on any project using White Gorilla Glue. If you do get Gorilla Glue on your fingers or nails please follow these steps:

- Try removing the epoxy if still wet/uncured by wiping the area with soap and warm water, rubbing alcohol, or acetone (nail polish remover).
- If the epoxy is cured or dried, you will need to let the product wear off your fingers which may take days.

- Try removing the epoxy if still wet/uncured by washing with soap and warm water (repeated washing may be required to remove completely).
- Additionally, acetone (nail polish remover), or rubbing alcohol may be used according to manufacturer’s instructions to remove uncured glue on nails.
- If the epoxy is cured or dried, you will need to let the product wear off the skin which may take days.

- If glue is wet, wipe off excess adhesive with a dry cloth.
- Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

- Rinse skin with water.
- If glue is cured, carefully peel or roll adhesive off of fingers. Then wash your hands with soap and warm water.
Gorilla Hot Glue Sticks
We recommend exercising caution because dispensed Gorilla Hot Glue material can be extremely hot. If Gorilla Hot Glue Sticks get on your fingers, wash the area under cold water, allow the glue to cure, and then gently remove. To remove Gorilla Spray Adhesive from your fingers and nails, we recommend following these steps:
- While still wet, wipe adhesive off with a dry cloth, and then wash the area with soap and warm water.
