Well, Ive never personally used anything you have in your arsenal but I can show you how I would use the e-blockers and t boosters that are somewhat more common.

You essentially want to slowly taper off everything. I don’t know the dosages on the stuff you have but you can get the idea from the PCT’s above. If you really want to you can post your PCT plan and I’ll take a gander at it, but you should be able to get the jist of what needs to be done from what I listed above.
Remember though, those regimens are essentially what I’ve found through months of reading up on the topic and what most people have followed and said they received the best results from.
Hint: Nolvadex= Tamoxifen Citrate(15.2mg of Tamoxifen Citrate is equal to 10mg of Nolvadex) Clomid= Clomiphene Citrate
