Truly Beauty Super Heart Patches
The first thing that caught my attention when I decided to purchase the Truly Beauty Super Heart Patches was their cute heart shape. They are definitely a visually appealing product and would make a great addition to any skincare routine, particularly as something that is visible and would stay on your face for hours. However, my excitement quickly faded as I tried to use them. I found that the patches feel more like stickers than actual acne patches. They are thin and not very adhesive, which made them difficult to apply and keep on my skin.
Furthermore, the patches did not seem to have any skincare substances on them. As compared to other well-known brands such as Hero Cosmetics, The Dots, or even Zitsticka, which all have acne-fighting ingredients like salicylic acid or tea tree oil, the Truly Beauty Super Heart Patches appeared to be lacking in this regard. The patches lacked that extra cushiony layer which holds the acne-fighting substances in the other patches. This was disappointing because I was hoping that the patches would not only be cute but also effective in treating my acne.

In all honestly, the brand does claim that the patches have acne-fighting ingredients to them such as benzoyl peroxide + AHAs but I did not sense them.
I tried using the Truly Beauty Super Heart Patches on several different types of acne, including whiteheads and really inflamed spots. Unfortunately, I did not notice any improvement in my skin after using them. The patches did not seem to help reduce the size or redness of my pimples. Additionally, they did not seem to have any impact on preventing the breakouts from increasing in size.
Another issue I had with the Truly Beauty Super Heart Patches was their size. The patches are quite small and may not be suitable for larger pimples. They all have the same size and they are not at all stretchy, unlike others.
In terms of value, the Truly Beauty Super Heart Patches are relatively expensive compared to other acne patches on the market. They retail for around $20 for a pack of 18? patches, which is not an insignificant amount of money. Considering their lack of effectiveness, I do not believe that they are worth the price.
