Did you know you can spend less than 3 hours at Restore by stacking therapies and boosting the benefits? Rejuvenation is vital, especially when our bodies are stressed, and the busy holiday season is right around the corner. To help you make the most of your appointments, our experts outlined the best way to spend time at Restore to help maximize your time and get results faster with our science-backed therapies.

Red Light Therapy

Start your day with 10 minutes of Red Light Therapy. Expose as much skin as you prefer in a private room while standing between medical-grade light panels, feeling a warm, gentle glow like sunlight. Red light helps combat damage to your circadian rhythm caused by blue light (screen time!) and can improve your vision.

Red Light Therapy May Help:

  • Improve mood and energy
  • Relieve pain and inflammation
  • Optimize sleep

How Does It Work?

Red Light Therapy uses low levels of red or near-infrared light to help power your cells and promote healing and energy. The low-wavelength red light produced by our Red Light Therapy machines can be absorbed by the mitochondria in your body, which are responsible for many important processes in your day-to-day health, healing abilities, and energy production.

IV Drip & Compression

After Red Light Therapy, we recommend getting an IV Drip while simultaneously enjoying Compression.

IV Drip

With the help of our experts, you can choose IV Drip ingredients based on your goals that can help boost your body’s defenses, give your skin a youthful glow, or help your athletic performance and recovery. Your IV Drip will take approximately 60 to 90 minutes, and many clients bring their laptops or a book.

IV Drips May Help:

  • Hydrate and cleanse
  • Replenish vital nutrients
  • Maximize performance and focus

Compression

Choose legs, hips, or arms, and slip on the Compression sleeves. Compression helps your body improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid and boost recovery, circulation, and healing in a 60-minute session.

Compression May Help:

  • Reduce muscle aches and pain
  • Improve lymphatic function and circulation
  • Boost flexibility and mobility

When choosing what to wear for your appointment, we recommend avoiding bulky clothing.

Cryotherapy

After your IV Drip and Compression combo appointment, you’ll end your day with a quick, 3-minute Cryotherapy session. Get ready to expose your entire body to sub-zero temperatures inside a chamber while listening to your favorite song.

Cryotherapy May Help:

  • Boost energy, mood, and sleep
  • Relieve pain, swelling, and stress
  • Promote healing and athletic recovery

What To Expect

If you’ve never done Cryotherapy, you’ll first complete a simple medical waiver. Then, you’ll head to a private changing room, where we’ll provide you with a robe and protective gear, including a hat, socks, slippers, and gloves. Once you’ve changed, you can select music to listen to in the chamber. After your session, you’ll feel energized and alert and may even experience a bit of a mood boost.
