How To Make Fruit Infused Sea Moss Gel?

  1. Clean and Soak the Raw Sea Moss: For details on how to prepare your sea moss to make sea moss gel, check out my post and step-by-step video here: How To Prepare Sea Moss.
  2. Gather Your Ingredients. Once your sea moss has soaked for at least 12-24 hours, gather your remaining ingredients to make the gel. If you are using frozen fruit, let it thaw before using it. Also, allow the dates to soak for at least 30 minutes before making the gel.
  3. In a high-powered blender (I use Vitamix 5200 Blender Professional-Grade), transfer all of your ingredients and blend until smooth, about 1-3 minutes. I usually start the blender on low and gradually increase to the highest setting.
  4. Transfer the Sea Moss into an airtight container/mason jar, and refrigerate. The sea moss gel will thicken in the fridge after approximately 2 hours.

Important To Note:

  • When blending your sea moss gel, use 1 cup of water to start and add more depending on the consistency you would like your gel.
