It is very smooth (it has dimethicone in it for those of you who are sensitive to that ingredient), and I love that it seems to smooth out some of the skin above my crease so I can apply highlighter or a lighter eye shadow and it won’t emphasize the crepiness of my skin. It’s kind of like a primer for my upper eye area.
